Thinking about the concept of Daredzhani, we wanted to reveal the full spectrum of traditional Georgian courses, at the same time showing that Georgian cuisine is one the most dynamically developing gastro-cultures in the world. Drawing inspiration from the classic recipes, we’ve managed to create twists that allow our guests to fall in love with the familiar combinations again and again.
