The menu was created by chef Kobayashi Kazuhiko from Moscow. Due to his approach, the menu was enriched by everlasting hits like shoyu, miso and bisque ramen. Even though ramen is considered a quick snack, it’s not so simple – we boil our broths for up to 8 hours, then adding handmade noodles and local vegetables. Besides, at Ramen 77 you can try authentic Japanese sodas, desserts and beer.
