Bistro Blanca is a mono-concept inspired by everyday Italian food, but with a different approach — a light hooligan interpretation of traditional recipes.
Blanca is a small hall for 50 seats, including kitchen bar seating. Traditional Italian format with white tablecloths meets marble tables of bistro format. Wood, a lot of white and light shades, Mediterranean blue remind of a pleasant vacation on the Italian riviera.
