«Broadway» is a word that strikes a chord in the heart of every Almaty dweller. In the 60-80’s of the past century Qabanbai Batyr street was the place to meet for the creative youth. «Almaty Broad» gained its ambiance after the Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Abai and demolished Youth Theatre.
The history of the place gave name to the new venue – Broadway Burger. The recipes for the restaurant were developed by Ivan Shishkin from Moscow, a co-founder of the cult Delicatessen. This way our burgers have become a symbol of gastronomic street food – a carefully crafted unique product made of local ingredients. Today the chain includes several venues in 3 cities of Kazakhstan and grows further to win the hearts of our guests.
