RAW offers a contemporary take on the «izakaya» — a traditional Japanese bar where people go after work to drink, dine, and socialize. The concept features bar seating arranged around an open kitchen.

The interior includes neon lighting, red accents, and elements inspired by Japanese culture. The menu features sushi and rolls, and unlike traditional izakayas, RAW also offers a wine list and a cocktail menu.
