A restaurant inspired by the diverse flavors of Central Asia, local produce, and farming traditions
Translated from Kazakh, “Jinau” means a gathering — both of the harvest and of guests around one table. The interior is designed in the style of old barns and sheds found in Kazakh villages, where livestock, hay, and summer harvest supplies were traditionally stored.
JINAU evokes the atmosphere of rural comfort, nostalgia for childhood, and a sense of home. The menu features samsa, plov, and manty.
