CARNE by PALOMAR is a meat restaurant with a Spanish accent
A new chapter of PALOMAR, in which meat takes the leading role.
The menu is built around steaks from select cuts, dry-aged meat from the restaurant’s own Dry Ager cabinets, and signature dishes by Ruslan Zakirov.
They are complemented by Spanish-accented appetizers, sharing dishes, and a wine list.
